What’s your next move?

Styling is a great way to make your property stand out to buyers. Buyers decide on whether the property is right for them within moments of viewing, so creating a great first impression is a must, especially in this highly competitive market.

1. Minor Facelift

Attend to all outstanding maintenance around the property. Items such as dripping taps, and patching paint.

2. De-Clutter

Less is more. This allows buyers to focus on the space and not your personal belongings.

3. Clean it

The better represented the property, the more attractive it is to a potential buyer.

4. Painting

Jazz up your property with a fresh colour inside, outside or both.

5. Styling

Organise your property to be styled by the experts.

6. Pets Go With You

During inspections it’s a good idea to take your pets with you.

7. Put It Away

Any valuable items should be put away for safe keeping.

8. Light Them Up

Lighten up the house with lights, lamps, pendants and televisions.

9. Garden Maintenance

Spruce up your garden with some fresh greenery, colours and landscaping.

10. Street Appeal

Your street view is your 24/7 billboard. First impressions are everything, so make it count.
